Project Engineer 項目工程師
崗位職責
1.Lead a team to develop new projects.
領導一個團隊來開發新的國內或國外項目。
2.Provide project management and support for new products, from design inception to production.
為新產品提供項目管理和支持，從設計到生產。
3.Manage project timelines & milestones, work with internal R&D team, suppliers, and US colleagues/customers on project development.
管理項目時間表，與內部研發團隊，供應商，和美國同事/客戶一起進行項目開發。
4.Lead the efforts on product development through working with cross function team, act as the driven force.
作為通主要推動力量，與跨職能團隊的合作來領導產品開發的工作。
5.Support and lead optimization projects, mainly for process optimization (Output, productivity, quality, methods).
支持和領導優化項目，主要用于流程優化(輸出、生產率、質量、方法)。
6.Take business trips to visit factories, fairs and exhibitions as required.
根據需要出差去參觀工廠、展覽會和展覽。

7.Broad project management experience, Broad understanding of operations related processes.廣泛的項目管理經驗，對操作相關流程有廣泛的理解。
8.Familiar with plastic injection molding, sheet metal design / tooling.熟悉注塑成型、鈑金加工、模具制造。
9.Fluent in written, spoken & listening English, excellent skills of communication and coordination.
良好的英語聽說讀寫能力，良好的溝通協調能力。（國內項目工程師的外語口語能力不作要求，能進行一定的英文讀寫即可）
10.Software skill required, such as MS Office, Project, AutoCAD.需要的軟件技能，如MS Office，項目，AutoCAD。
11.Team player, detail-oriented, well-organized, result-driven, responsible, good trouble shooting skills.
團隊合作伙伴，注重細節，組織良好，結果導向負責，有良好的解決問題的能力。
12.Hard working, able to work under pressure, positive, determined and Self-motivation.
努力工作，能在壓力下工作，積極，有決心，有自我激勵。
13.Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering, with initiative and mature character.
本科或以上學歷，工程專業，具有主動和成熟的性格。
